Potatoes Au Gratin |

Ingredients: |
4 Large (3 Pounds) Pototatoes |
1/3 Cup Melted Butter |
1 Large Garlic Clove - Minced |
1 Teaspoon Salt |
1/4 Teaspoon Pepper |
2 Tablespoons Parmesan - grated |
1 Tablespoon Dry Bread Crumbs |
1/8 Teaspoon Paprika |

Directions: |
Peel potatoes and slice 1/8 inch thick. |
Arrange about 1/3 of the potatoes in bottom of a shallow 2 quart casserole. |
Mix butter, garlic, salt and pepper; drizzle about 1 tablespoon over potatoes. |
Repeat twice with remaining potatoes and butter mixture. |
Mix parmesan, bread crumbs and paprika; sprinkle over top. |
Cover tightly with foil. |
Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 40 minutes. |
Remove foil and bake 20 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender and top is browned |
